When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry.

We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. This includes pages visited, time on page, approximate location (city-level) and device type. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Contact form submissions are used to respond to project inquiries and scope requests. We do not sell, rent or share your contact information with third parties.

Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve content and navigation.

This site uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

Google Analytics — collects anonymous usage data. You can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Microsoft Clarity — records session replays and heatmaps to help us understand user behavior. Data is anonymized and processed by Microsoft.

Basin (form processing) — receives contact form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to us. Basin does not use your data for marketing purposes.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set first-party cookies to distinguish returning visitors and measure session activity. No advertising cookies are set by this site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill your inquiry or as required by applicable law. Analytics data is retained per Google and Microsoft's default retention settings (up to 14 months for GA4).

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@strataav.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
